The Prospect Tracker is a portable device used to scan the badges of prospects. Each scan is displayed on the graphic LCD screen and stored with the time and date. The BC600 can be easily pre-programmed with custom qualifiers such as ‘decision maker’ or ‘will buy in 6 months’ for added information regarding the customer.  After scanning the badge, the qualifiers are quickly and easily selected and included in that customer’s badge data using the thumbwheel. 8000 leads can be stored, and data is backed up wirelessly throughout the event.

The Prospect Tracker Plus is a high value portable scanner.  Its ergonomic design allows left or right handed operation for effortless scanning and data entry even in the most demanding situations.  With full color graphic LCD display and touch screen the Prospect Tracker Plus, navigates through the menus intuitively and easily.  Text can be entered with the simple press of a finger using the on-screen virtual keyboard, along with preset custom qualifiers.  USB access is available to download your leads as you wish.  Fully customized surveys can be run with this device.  This allows you to have detailed, and focused marketing for all your prospects

The Prospect Touch-n-Go is ideally suited for IN/OUT tracking of personnel. With its built-in memory and clock it independently reads, timestamps and logs every transaction.  The transaction is clearly and automatically indicated as IN or OUT each time a user presents their badge.  This can be used as a self scan device at an exhibit booth, or used for tracking smaller sessions.  Its mobility and lightweight design make this device a wonderful tool to capture the data you need. 8000 leads can be stored, and a battery system is in place as a backup in case of any power failure.

The Prospect to PC is an add-on providing a direct wireless link between the prospect tracker and your laptop. Data scanned by the reader instantly pops up on your laptop screen where you can edit it, add notes or export it to other applications.  Prospect to PC is the size of a standard USB memory stick and simply plugs into any USB port on your laptop.  Multiple readers can be linked to a single Prospect to PC so that all data goes to one file. Every prospect received is tagged with the identity of the reader that scanned it. 

We have taken RFID technology to the extent of creating a RFID enabled booth.  We will work with you and your design team to place RFID readers inside the booth. This will allow you to track what interested those that came to your booth.  With time and date tracking you can see those who came to your booth but you were unable to interact with.  A truly great tool to capture each and every prospect.
